I wish I could give 10 stars. The staff at Elmwood Veterinary Hospital treated us with such compassion, empathy, and professionalism in our cat's end of life care. They were also kind, gentle, and loving with our cat. Their excellence in service made a difficult thing more manageable.
Very disappointed with Reception Staff and Manager with the way they conduct business and treat customers . Especially with the none care , money first service last attitude . I experienced this on three different occasions just to make sure it was not an off day for a employee . Took my dog for the first visit / consultation as they like to call it and they seemed rushed and not thorough chalked it up to maybe they were busy . If I could give Dr. Robinson 1,000 stars, I would. She has been the only vet we've ever truly trusted. Her compassion, patience, and genuine love for animals shine through in every interaction—not just with her patients, but with the families who love them. We have 2 dogs, Cooper and Coco, both go to this vet office. They are always very efficient here and not overcrowded. They always take the time to talk to you and answer all of my questions. Both my dogs are always happy to visit the vets here.
My cat Fatty had a blockage that was causing him to no be able to pee, when I called in the next morning they made room to see him immediately and gave him exceptionally good care, they were so loving and kind I couldn’t of asked for a better experience. Fatty is doing so much better thanks to the help of the amazing staff I would 100% recommend this clinic for any care your animal might need.
