Terrible customer service!!! Never going to these goofs again. Take your stimulus money else where. You could get a better print for a much better price. Never even responded in a timely manner.

I’ve known Steve and his family for quite a few years now. I always used Elmwood for Warwick National uniforms (some years back 😉) and now had them design shirts for my husband’s business. They did an awesome job. Exactly what I wanted. They’re conscientious, hard working, all around nice people. Thanks Maroccos! We’ll be back!
I have worked with Elmwood for at least 8 years on thousands of pieces of swag for many different organizations. They give the golden three — quality, speed and cost — plus the crew there is hilarious! 5 Stars to this family-run business.
Still waiting for a sweatshirt we ordered in November. The season is just about over. Received the first one missing the name, received a replacement over a month later which was different from the rest of the team - zip up vs pullover, received the 3rd try today. Order tee shirts. Put WRONG logo on it. Wanted to take money off Instead of correcting THIER mistake. Incompetent and totally arrogant. Would never recommend this horrible business!
I ordered my husband soccer gear for Father’s Day. There was a problem with order - what I received was not as advertised. 3 months and 6+ emails later and the issue has not been resolved... in fact, I asked to speak with a manager or another sales representative and my requests have been completely ignored. The customer service for this company has been terrible.
