We checked in and the lady was nice. She said that they don't do room service but if you scan the QR code on the paper that they give you, you can order stuff like extra towels online. They give you a green bag in the room with towels for your stay and if you're done with them, you put them in the red (should be on the counter) bag and leave it outside the door for the cleaning people to collect. The rooms are like 1 bedroom condos. The recliner is nice to have and they stock the cabinets with every plate and pot and pan you need. The keurig comes with 4 coffees. The room was clean upon arrival. I like that every room either has a patio and balcony. I'd stay here again the next time I'm in Wells Maine.
It was a little bit overpriced for off season but not a bad way
