In 2008, the Elmwood Print Out will celebrate 42 years in business. EPO was originally started as a daily sports publication for horseracing, football, basketball, and baseball enthusiasts. Really bad customer service, the representative was extremely rude!
Disappointed with the service as he didn't know standard paper sizes (A1, A2, A3, A4 etc.) and didn't know how to attain / open a file from a provided USB drive. He seemed more concern about closing the store for the afternoon as he was the only staff / management at the store. However was polite with his response.
Larry is the most friendly and positive printer in the neighborhood. His experience is evident in his quality service. 10/10 would recommend The Elmwood Print Out for any local business or organization looking for quality printing. Thanks again, Larry!!
