Always great customer service, and affordable prices for the top name brands.
I have been buying dog food from this store for several years now. Every employee I have encountered has been incredibly nice and helpful. Today, I made my usual stop and the owner (I think) was extremely nice and offered me a new food to sample after letting me know that my dog’s usual food is being discontinued by the manufacturer. He went above and beyond and showed genuine concern for my pup - I’ll never go anywhere else!

Wasn't sure what kind of collar to get my 60lb pitty who is a year and a half. He pulls a lot and I was tired of the way the gentle leader looked in him. Made him look like a biter... When really he's just a ham. The guys really helped me out and talked me out of a collar that I thought was a good choice but clearly was a bad one. They even let us take a couple of their collar suggestions for a spin down the street. Thank you for trusting me and letting me figure out what worked for my doggo. Thank you!!
Today I took my sister’s dog Shiloh to Elmwood pet supply for a flea shampoo and blow dry in “A fantastically designed space”. Shiloh was completely at ease with the set up. Everything went so well, and fast, that I had to post this review!! Very impressed with The services that this pet store offers. Many returns!
