I had an extremely negative experience with this optometrist office. When setting up my appointment, I was informed that my insurance did not cover a mandatory retinal photography exam and that it would cost $39.00. After speaking with my insurance and providing the billing code for the procedure, I was told it was indeed covered and given the exact billing instructions. I personally believe this Doctor is racist. He operates a close to one man operation where he answers the calls, he does the cleaning and sanitizing. He is not welcoming, has an attitude when he deals with people of color.persona changes when he is addressing a Caucasian. I had so many negatives from one visit only; which is my last also.
