Been going here over 3 years didnt know about it since then the perfect place to relax everyone is very nice and it is very well kept up
The pool is clean and well-maintained, and the receptionist at the entrance is very pleasant. However, I would like to raise a concern regarding the supervisor of the pool, the man with the mustache. His behavior and attitude are unprofessional, and if it were up to me, I would not keep him in this position.
If you do not live in Elmwood do not go there. They are not open, not inviting, and the residents are even worse. I took my toddler there to swim and because I lived 10 min away with a Chicago address they wouldn't let me in. They have nonresident pricing but only if you go with a resident. I looked online and never saw this was a resident only place. The few we asked that were there if we could go in with them shunned us. Glad I didn't give my money to them.
