I got my glasses from here. they were really quick and their service is great.
So the doctors are great and the eye exam for my 3-year-old was gentle and handled really well. But DO NOT buy glasses here. My daughter tried on a few, I was told that if I buy them, they can fix them up to make them fit. What they left out was the fact that the bridge was too big and that no amount of fixing the arm of the glasses would fix that. Do not recommend Melanie Caissie. I had an appt scheduled, got cancelled due to her going on vacation which was fine. I then drove 45 min to attend my appointment this morning for them to tell me she was not in again and that I could be put on a cancellation list or wait a few weeks for another appointment. They wouldn’t even squeeze me in with another optometrist nor showed any compassion towards the fact that they have been wasting my time for not only the rescheduling but also travel.
