I have been a loyal customer of Home Hardware for years and it is my first stop when I need anything big or small for my home. The Customer service is always outstanding for today, it was over the top!!! I built a composite deck on my front porch with all the supplies coming from Home hardware years ago, and I needed screws with corresponding plugs to match the decking for my three front steps. 1. The staff openly made negative comments about Francophones in New Brunswick. 2. They frequently run out of basic items; I've visited multiple times and couldn’t find what I needed. 3. There’s no public garbage can available.
