One of the best primary care facility
Love this practice! I am a patient of Dr. Shah. I've been a patient for years and would recommend Elmwood's medical team. They are very busy because they are good.
This is a terrible office services, I make and appointment and didn’t give the right address. I was walking around of lot of building with my baby just to take to old building that they office person didn’t explain that they are in a new building. Horrible service and after took more that 40 mins trying to get my appointment I received a call for re schedule it’s pretty bad to start think about before make an appointment here.
Dr Shah himself is mediocre at best , keep in mind he has a pharmaceutical background . THE STAFF has been really unprofessional at times and even obnoxious and rude . They seem to forget they are dealing with sick patients . My husband has some health issues and since Nicole “Nikki Bilardo “, the office manager ,cares more about herself than any patients her BIG EGO is in the way of patients actually receiving quality care , the staff blocked my husbands heart medicine refills and lied and said my husband told them he is “n... read more
DR. HETAL S. SHAH, MD Of the VirtuaPhysicianPartners Network IS A DANGER TO ALL PATIENTS!! Dr. shah is a sadistic and cruel man who is not fit to practice medicine. Usually when a patient calls the on-call physician they expect to receive help. Instead when I called the on-call physician of my only healthcare provider, I was toyed with and denied any help.
