This company is awesome! They came right away. They diagnosed, repair, tested and left the area clean. All throughout the repair and even before doing the repair, tech explained what the issue was, what he was going to do and quoted the price. He was knowledgeable and prices fairly. I will recommend!
We had an issue with our top load washing machine. Technician arrived within the promised time window and worked quickly to diagnose the problem. Tech did not have the part with him, but left and returned within 20 minutes and completed the repair successfully. Tech even noticed an issue caused by my "do it yourself" nature and fixed the issue without delay. Very satisfied and will use Elmwood Appliance Repair again for any other appliances.
Terrible service. I called to have my refrigerator serviced on 6/22 and was given told the technician would arrive between 5-7pm. 10 minutes before 7pm I call to get an idea of when this technician would be by and was told by some person that they’d get a hold of them and have them call me. Another 10 minutes pass, it is now 7:10pm and no call. I proceed to call again and the same person answers and apologizes and assured that the technician will call me right away.
