Now that Ken is gone the place is no good. Wouldn't even take my phone call. After 30 years of my parents going here they still wouldn't entertain me by taking my call. We would drive here from Toronto for vet visits on our way to the cottage in the summer or in the winter to turn around and go back after service. Why did we do that? Because of exceptional service. The receptionist and techs are very friendly and professional, they make you feel comfortable and informed. I called this clinic to order flea and tick medication for my large-breed dog. While we discussed both of my dogs during the call, I was clear that I only needed one box, as I still had medication left for my smaller dog. I sent my 15-year-old son to pick it up, and without consulting me, Tracy, a manager, sold him medication for both dogs, charging over $700 to my Visa. Two boxes! I never authorized that purchase.
