Now that Ken is gone the place is no good. Wouldn't even take my phone call. After 30 years of my parents going here they still wouldn't entertain me by taking my call. We would drive here from Toronto for vet visits on our way to the cottage in the summer or in the winter to turn around and go back after service. Why did we do that? Because of exceptional service.
