The rentals are great. The service? Lackluster at best. The old guy working The yard should seriously consider staying home and caring for his grandkids or something. On second thought, perhaps not. They will dislike him after a few short hours. I guess, if you are stuck and need a tool right away, and live close to elmvale.. go for it. If you can wait, call Stephensons in barrie. Or even rona in midland.

The 2 mo old snowblower I bought from HD refused to go forward in any of the 6speeds during one of the biggest snowfalls we had this winter. Took it back to HD only to find they don't repair, they only sell them. Went to a local repair in Midland but they said it would be 2 weeks before they could look at it. Great help on short notice. Knowledgeable and have great customer service. Would recommend to anyone looking for rentals or parts for their own outdoor equipment.
