Honestly, I went in with no expectation because the last time I got my hair cut (Josephs at st.laurent) the guy did a horrific job and it you awhile for my hair to grow back. Needless to say, I was a bit worried. But I was blown away with friendly conversations & great customer service! I had a really nice lady cut 3 inches off my hair, its so nice! She put curling mouse in it and I left with smiles all around. Very affordable, $38! I'm going back :)

Edit: 13 July 2025 Clearly by the response of the owner, they should not be practicing beauty or anything that serves the public, especially where professionalism or health and safety is concerned. Tempted to take it further to the Ottawa Public Health for further investigation. ************** My mum went for a pedicure and ended getting a toe infection which she needed prescribed antibiotics for. The woman was very unprofessional, even after pointing out to her that she was cutting too deep into the nail bed, she continued.... read more

Amazing!!! Love my pedicure so much!! Personal and one on one makes the experience feel special!! Cindy is beautiful inside and out!!! Will definitely be coming back!!
