Not a bad place if you’re looking to rent in Coalinga. For the most part quiet area. April, the previous property manager, was very friendly and easy to work with.
April is an outstanding apartment complex manager. As a first-time renter, I was unsure of the process, but she guided me through each step of the application and made everything easy to understand. She always greets tenants with a warm smile, creating a welcoming atmosphere at Elmtree Estate Rentals in Coalinga. She’s quick to respond to any questions or concerns I have about the apartment. April truly is a great manager and one of the best!
One of the best places I've lived, especially the manager, Abril. She's one of the best managers I've ever met. She's always very friendly, responds quickly, and solves problems. She's always very responsible when cleaning the surrounding area.
April is an amazing manager ! she responds quickly , resolves issues &’ always is very helpful with any concern I have . I definitely recommend Her as a manager , as a tenant she prioritizes us and always keeps the surroundings of the apartments clean .
April Ramos was a great manager and also very respectful towards you and your families. Still living here now and in my personal opinion it was rocky in the beginning but its gotten better. Its become home. ☺️
