The facial—itself—was really nice. However, I found the after-facial checkout experience to be unpleasant. At the checkout, I was recommended $400 worth of products to use. I understand this cross-sell method is important for the business, but I was uncomfortable with the way it was executed. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I went to Elmspa in Toronto for the first time yesterday (after a long delayed flight) and had such a great experience! The ambiance is very relaxing and the service is excellent. I had my facial and massage with Pei-Pei, and she was amazing!! So kind and very skilled. I left feeling refreshed and pampered. Highly recommended!
Excellent service and attention to detail in every way. Terrific Aesthetician and Friendly Reception. I will go again!
