Elmspa is such a tranquil and relaxing environment. I visited again for the Dr. Babor restore facial and I would highly recommend this treatment. Skin care specialist, Pei Pei is amazing!! She is so thorough when explaining the use of the products and their benefits. She makes every effort to ensure her clients are perfectly calm and relaxed and she goes above and beyond to create a positive experience. I would highly recommend Pei Pei for your next spa treatment!!
Booked an appointment online but they had no record of it. Pretty poor system and won’t book again.
The massage was just okay. I was told to be there at 6pm so I reached at 6. However I found out that my massage was supposed to start at 6 when I got there and it started at 6:12 and ended by 6:52 so in total I only got 40 minutes. On top of that, the sheets smelled weird and I don’t think they were clean. When I told the reception this, they offered me 10% discount but still I’m very disappointed in the service! Dirty sheets is a NO GO
A wonderful spa experience, beautiful, and relaxing, the team was great, one note if your not comfortable with stairs or steps, this is not the place. But the lighting and the relaxation was lovely.
