i just went up to see if they could fix the missing nose pad on my Ray Bans. Not only did they replace it, they cleaned my glasses as well, and all for no charge. I'm sure it wasn't a lot to fix, but the gesture of not charging was very kind. So I booked an eye appointment at a later date. Thank You. Great Service
