The staff here are sooo friendly and great with everyone. They were very helpful with helping my teen daughter pick out her first pair of glasses. I have also always been treated well here. They are always great and accommodating at getting me in on short notice if an eye emergency happens. Supper friendly and great with all who enter. Dr. Norris was excellent. Knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. Stacey was excellent as well. Lots of suggestions for new frames, enthusiastic and very helpful. An easy and pleasant appointment—I would definitely recommend FYI in Elmsdale!
Everyone there is always very helpful,and the doctors are all second to none,I usually see Dr Smith for my exams and he's always in a very cheerful and helpful mood.. it's definitely the best place around for your eye care and glasses needs!!
I had an unexpected eye pain and the office was so accommodating and got me in for an exam that afternoon. The exam determined my eye was scratched and the doctor was able to send me into the emergency eye care clinic that same afternoon to get antibiotics. Excellent service
