I’m never left feeling like I don’t have questions answered. I understand how busy they are and they can not get to the phone every time it rings, but their professionalism makes up for that! They have to start taking email or have a app for appointments takes two weeks to get them by phone as you never get through & they only take calls like 5 hrs of opening hours
They never pick up their phones, even during their listed phone answering times. Receptionist has repeatedly tried to stop me from making an appointment with my doctor and even sent me to call other numbers which had been discontinued as a service only to sound annoyed when I called back. I tried to make an appointment for a few months out, which I thought would be fine since when I try to make an appointment they almost always give me a date a few months out anyways, only to be told that was not possible and they do not boo... read more
They need to get their shit together regarding phone calls. THEY NEVER PICKUP. VERY frustrating.
