Nice helpful folks
Our dog Aspen got quilled yet again so we brought her into the establishment and received the best treatment from the best staff. We explained that Aspen had a bad experience her first time getting quills removed at another vet so we were all feeling quite nervous about treatment. The vets and staff offered to do a 10 min sedation and removal with us in the room to ensure we could see Aspen getting the best care. We felt very heard and supported by the staff and definitely will be back when she inevitably gets quilled again ... read more
