When they answer the phone which is rare. They are not helpful and do not even allow you to talk to anyone that is a patient. Unintelligent nurse Lisa just hangs up. Not a good place for anyone.
I am a new resident here at The Elms, and after a terrible experience at another nursing facility, it’s refreshing to come to a place where I finally feel at home. I’m being treated so well, my months of torment are just a distant memory. My family placed our mother here years earlier and we were satisfied with her care at that time as well. I expect to be happy here for a long time.
When you deal with such a difficult time in your life and you need a facility that treats you like family and treats your family members as such The Elms is the place hands down....ALL staff is top notch. They give you the peace of mind and take the extra step..extra phone call ....I can't say enough and am eternally grateful for the care they are showing my family....love them.
The team at the Elms works very well together to provide the best care for their short term and long term residents.
Some things i love about The Elms: Communication, the leadership, teamwork, cleanliness, organization. Everyone makes you feel like family. The residents are always smiling, and happy due to our amazing Activities team. Exceptional care to our patients and loving, caring staff! I would recommend The Elms to any of my family that is in need of care.
