What a dump! Located in Newbury Park Ca. My Mother lives here 39 years,it used to be beautiful. The 1st unit managers unit is an eyesore,trash,garbage,broken parts,window boarded up! Pictures tell the story. Park is very neglected..broken down wash room with 1 washer,dryer that work,2 others don't. Owners the "Lee's "don't care. Manager turns phone off after 5 pm Won't answer the door. If you make it past eyesore managers unit at least others have pride..
