Reviews of anything that isn't food/entertainment related are going to have a huge selection bias for the type of people mad enough to log in and post one star. They've been good to me though. Water's fine, autopay works and they send the paper bill every month. When my card was reissued and I forgot to fix autopay, they called before the late fee kicked in and we got it worked out.

They changed out my meter that same day I was not home the line on my side busted at meter that said it was on my side not there problem I had to pay a $500 water bill because of it

I usually would not do this but it needs to be said. This company can afford to be absolutely horrible because it is a monopoly. They do not care at all for their customers. They verbally told me that when I moved, they would cut off the water at the end of the month. I paid everything ahead and figured it was fine. 2 months later, I got a notice that not only was it still turned on and being used by someone else, but it is also overdue to be paid (which I NEVER do, I pay an auto draft or ahead of time always).
