They lie and are rude. Should be investigated for fraud. Deceitful trade practices. They charge you for water treatment that they are not treating. Will probably take a class action lawsuit to correct the criminal activity and organized criminal acts.
Reviews of anything that isn't food/entertainment related are going to have a huge selection bias for the type of people mad enough to log in and post one star. They've been good to me though. Water's fine, autopay works and they send the paper bill every month. When my card was reissued and I forgot to fix autopay, they called before the late fee kicked in and we got it worked out.
