Elmore property management is made up of the same family for different services (lawn care, in house maintenance etc). Handed down from Fogleman properties (your dad did it much better and was excellent at what he did), the kids seem to be overstretched and struggling so they nickel and dime the home owners. Unless you’re ready to pay, pay, pay to support their whole family… find another PM. They did not check on work from getting doorknobs changed.
