Accepts contract from lender way in advance before actually scheduling. Appraisal comparables were pulled from a large timeline with no rhyme or reason to location/size/condition. A lot of inaccuracies on the report. It's a shame the amount of work lenders, buyers, and sellers goes through just to have Elmore Appraisal Services slop together an appraisal and kill a deal.
