Elmora Hills has been a wonderful help during this transitional period in my mother’s care following a hip replacement. The staff have been helpful, attentive, caring, and informative while transferring her from a different facility! She is getting the treatment she needs while healing from surgery and it was a huge wave of relief when we found a facility that is taking care of her and we could feel the difference from the first day we came in. Many thank you’s to all the staff for the work they are doing!
Sadly to said the experience my family had in this facility on 2 north and the charge nurse on this floor is horrible. Everytime my dad has to go to the bathroom you would ask one of the cna on the unit and they t would look at you and tell you that's not patient and my dad has to wait until his cna was available. I work in the medical field as well and we are not allowed to say that's not my patient. Cause everyone is your patient including guest because if anything happens to the guests while they are visiting their loved ... read more

I’m living in Elmora hills for over 10 years and it’s a fabulous nursing home, they take very good care of me and the food and activities are amazing. Shout out to Steven and Lindy on the 3rd floor. Nathan and Costin are great Leaders. All staff are very friendly
