Sadly to said the experience my family had in this facility on 2 north and the charge nurse on this floor is horrible. Everytime my dad has to go to the bathroom you would ask one of the cna on the unit and they t would look at you and tell you that's not patient and my dad has to wait until his cna was available. I work in the medical field as well and we are not allowed to say that's not my patient. I’m living in Elmora hills for over 10 years and it’s a fabulous nursing home, they take very good care of me and the food and activities are amazing. Shout out to Steven and Lindy on the 3rd floor. Nathan and Costin are great Leaders. All staff are very friendly
This place should be investigated by the health department. They treat patients with no respect . People who work here shouldn't work here . I will follow-up
