Hi, I am extremely disappointed with the way my mother’s food has been handled at this facility. Not once, but twice, the cultural meals I personally prepared for her were removed from the refrigerator and thrown in the trash—along with my containers—without any notice. I walked in and witnessed my grandmother having a severe nosebleed and no one came to assist her. Prior to this, as I was walking to my grandmothers room. I witnessed a staffing yelling at a patient that he was “ pissing him off “. This is very unprofessional and very concerning.
