my mother has been a resident there for about 2 weeks and has been treated horrible. specially from a nurse called Ms.B who has denied her medication after having back surgery. also, they managed to get her wound infected to the point that she must stay 4 more weeks for the treatment she must get. also they have left her without help for the restroom and once left her for 1 1/2 hours without getting cleaned with a diarrhea filled diaper.
