Got our rug so clean that it feels just like walking on air every single time you step foot anywhere within the house – Thanks for an absolute amazing job!!!!!
Provider was prompt and did a good job. Some areas of stain returned shortly after the cleaning. But other areas remained very clean for a long time. People were courteous and offered suggestions and did a thorough job. Elmont Rug Cleaner - 5 stars from me !!
I called the company because of the good reviews. I was VERY disappointed they did not clean my carpet properly just sprayed some water and that was it, never again and the man left my bathroom tub with the dirty water from the vaccum and left without telling us. VERY unprofessional and dirty. The man was impatient and abrupt.
tech was on time , efficient knowledgeable that he answered all my questions regarding on how to maintain the carpet as good as new. there was no up selling. carpets were fantastic when finished I would recommend them to my friends .
