It was a pleasure coming to my appointment they immediately offered me coffee, which was nice. Everyone at the front desk was accommodating. The doctor was very thorough and the technology used for my exam was advanced.
I had the worst experience there. I normally felt welcomed but it looks like they changed their staff and now its not the same. No one greets you or ask to help, everyone is busy gossiping or on their phones. Never again.
I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. As an elderly patient, I expected to be treated with respect and professionalism, but instead I was met with discriminatory and rude behavior. A staff member named Margaret was extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and disrespectful. Her attitude made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome, and it is shocking that someone in a healthcare setting could behave this way.
