Horrible company with horrible people they overcharge you and change the pricing on you I was told my contacts will be a certain pricing my insurance advice they cover my contacts when I visit the office they told me they don’t with no proof of that information been factual then they up the pricing on me after quoting me another price before hand and they refuse to fix any mistakes they make with your prescriptions gave me my glasses cant see nothing with them and they refused to fix it …. disgusting establishment
Im very happy visiting this office . Last week I broke my glasses and the lady fixed it for me in a few minutes. Very thank you Miss. I will be back for my annual check up and new glasses. Big thanks to the Miss with blonde hair.
I visited Elmont Eye Care around 5:45ish PM with an appointment to address problems with my current prescription and to buy Gucci frames I had previously seen in walking in my lunch break. The doctor was polite and was willing to see me, but the customer service from one particular staff member—a white lady—was shockingly rude and unprofessional. Horrible experience the store manager Margret the white lady is very racist she doesn't like colored people make faces to brown people when i came with my children and mom she didn't want to help made us wait 40 minutes before we could choose glasses she was busy gossiping about other black people passing judgements and comments. The other staff was friendly and attentive and doctor who examined me my mom and my children was very kind and sweet. Element eye care is the greatest!!! Very accommodating very professional. The front desk team is always pleasant, informative, patient, and understanding. Wide variety of glasses to choose from. From affordability to the high end brands. They also don’t over charge for their services. Also their eye testing technology is very up to date and not outdated. The optometrist was also very nice and professional. Love love loved my experience there
