I have been coming to Elmira Family Dental for about 4.5 years now. My previous Dentist was the only dentist I have ever had. I was nervous to switch Dentists but both Dr. Shugg and Dr. Corcoran are incredibly kind, knowledgeable and do great dental work. I have had 2 fillings done by Dr. Corcoran and both times she was so gentle with the freezing that I didn’t feel anything from start to finish. I had an excellent experience with Rebecca during my recent dental appointment. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain each step of the cleaning process. Her gentle approach made me feel at ease, and she was thorough yet efficient. I left feeling refreshed and well taken care of. Highly recommend Rebecca to anyone looking for a skilled and caring dental hygienist!
I can't speaking highly enough about my experience at this dental office! As a retired assistant of 10 years I absolutely loved attending Elmira family dental! From the front staff to the hygienists and of course the amazing Dr Shugg, I was treated with respect I was given all the information I needed and the dentistry and that hygienist cleanings were absolutely amazing!
