I was very pleased with my service. I initially was going to another clinic in Guelph. My wait was for 2 months though I needed ultrasound within the week. The Elmira clinic booked me the next day and treated me with kindness and professionalism.
The receptionist (she is Indian) who booked the appointment for us was rude. We drove for an hour to get there, only to be told by the girl at the desk that the person who was supposed to perform my ultrasound was sick and they couldn’t do the ultrasound for us. We didn’t receive any email or phone call informing us of this.
Went for ultrasound, pleasant experience, no lines, and good service
The technician was excellent. However, the Dr who read the ultra sound described my ovary as bilobed, nonspecific and suggested a follow up in 1-2 months. Eight days later I was diagnosed in the ER with ovarian cancer later determined to be stage 4.
