Very fast, personable and friendly staff, my technician SUMENDRA was great!!
I’ve had two interactions now at Sure Care Diagnostics, and both have been very positive. The clinic is efficient and makes the entire process feel smooth. April 15, 2026 : We had an appointment scheduled for 4:30pm; the receptionist called us at 3:45 and asked if we could arrive earlier. We arrived at 3:55 and despite the request to come in early, we needed to wait until 4:30 regardless. During our time, there were service workers repairing the washroom. The receptionist repeatedly berated the workers and told them they must clean their mess and they were “disgusting”. Highly recommend this clinic. After getting referred I was offered an appointment the very next day. Once I got to the clinic I was in the exam room 2 minutes after the time my appointment was scheduled. This was so appreciated. The tech was kind, efficient and very understanding. If you need imaging done and you live in Guelph - ask to have it done here.
This is the only diagnostic imaging location I have been to (I live in Guelph) that when you call with a referral they can (usually) get you in that day or the next. The ultrasound technician, Summendra, was very empathetic, knowledgeable and professional. He has been my technician for the times i've gone there and even my doctor is pleased with their thoroughness! Thank you again, Summendra
