I have never met such an honest and hardworking mechanic like Wade. He and Julie are so friendly and it makes for an overall best experience that one can possibly have when your vehicle is broke down. My starter went on my truck the other day and I brought it in around 9:30am. Like many, I need my truck every single day so I asked if it would be possible to get it done that day with little to no notice before hand on my part. If you want to go to a shop where honesty and customer service is paramount. This would be that shop. Excellent front end reception and honest billing. Wade is an extremely qualified mechanic who will treat you fare and ensure repairs are done in a timely manner. Highly recommend this shop
Excellent service with friendly, knowledgeable staff at Elmira Auto Care. Used to go to Leroy’s but they priced themselves out of my business. Julie and Wade were great! Highly recommend these folks.
