I have never met such an honest and hardworking mechanic like Wade. He and Julie are so friendly and it makes for an overall best experience that one can possibly have when your vehicle is broke down. My starter went on my truck the other day and I brought it in around 9:30am. If you want to go to a shop where honesty and customer service is paramount. This would be that shop. Excellent front end reception and honest billing. Wade is an extremely qualified mechanic who will treat you fare and ensure repairs are done in a timely manner. Highly recommend this shop
Excellent service with friendly, knowledgeable staff at Elmira Auto Care. Used to go to Leroy’s but they priced themselves out of my business. Julie and Wade were great! Highly recommend these folks.
Elmira Auto Care is the best! Julie and Wade are absolutely wonderful — any time I have an issue with my car, they do their best to fit me in as quickly as possible. Their pricing is always fair, and they go above and beyond to make things easier, even offering rides when you’re without your vehicle. They’re not only great at what they do, but they’re also genuinely kind, accommodating people who truly care about their customers. I can’t recommend them enough! Thanks guys!!
