I have driven by Elmhurst for decades and always admired its stately beauty. The well manicured lawn and charming front porch always looked so inviting. While jogging past with my friend, we talked about reclining in the rockers on the front porch in our retirement. Well, I’m not there yet however we moved my elderly mom into Elmhurst a few short months ago. It is more magical inside than it is from the outside.
