My kitten had a good experience here I brought my kitten there at 10pm because he was urinating foam and I was worried it could be something serious. The doctor was VERY nice and answered all the questions I had. He was very nice to my kitten and gave him all the tests he should have and send them to a lab for a second opinion. The assistant was a little annoying when she ran in with the price but it's really understandable. I've never had health insurance for myself my whole life and when I had to go to the ER in Elmhurst H... read more
Crooks!!!!!!!!!! I woke up one morning and found my 9 year old shih-tzu on the floor not moving. I turned the lite on and realized she was still alive but could barely move her head. It was about 7am and my regular vet was closed. My wife and I took her to this place to try and save her but realizing that she didn't look good. After placing and IV and bringing her blood sugar back up the Vet suggested X-Rays and more blood work because he claimed he wasn't sure what was wrong with her. His Assistant then came to us with an e... read more
Recommeded for those sick pets I highly recommed this animal hospital. I am also glad that finally there is an animal hospital close to me. Animals need the special care and attention and these people give it to them. No long waits and friendly staff members. My dog is treated very well here.
I'm so glad this emergency hospital is there! I brought my dog in early one morning (6 am) with laryngitis, which I thought was something worse (he didn't bark for 3+ days). They charged me a very reasonable fee and didn't do anything unnecessary to treat my dog and overcharge me. I'm so glad they're there in case of an emergency!
Wonderful experience. My 2 yr old maltese woke me up in the middle of the night whining and looked as if he were in terrible pain. He was laying on his side and could not move. I was frantic and did not know what to do. I found this animal emergency hospital in queens. I rushed him in. The vet took me in immediately and started working on my sparky. The veterinarian saved his life. My dog was almost dead when I arrived. The staff was very compassionate. The price was reasonable. I cant thank them enough for saving my sparky'... read more
Get a second opinion! I was visiting my family when my dog became ill. I brought my dog to the clinic the same day I received news that my sisters dog had died. I described my dogs symptoms AND I explained my sisters dogs symptoms (i.e., continuous vomiting, bloody vomit, diarrhea, blood in the feces, lethargy). I expressed my concern that my dog could have the same infection. I was reassured she didnt based on her age and the fact that she was up to date on her vaccines. As soon as we returned to our home state, I con... read more
They diserve less then a star! A week ago Sunday my dog was hit by a car and he got his hind led lacerated where bone and tendon were exposed. We went to Elmhurst animal hospital which was one of the only hospitals open at that time in my area. The hospital would not admit him until we paid them and when we could only come up with $500 on a Sunday evening told us they could only clean and bandage the wound until we came up with the rest of the balance. The entire bill was est. $1700.00 and they charged me $430.00 that night ... read more
STAFF MORE WORRIED ABOUT ORDERING FOOD THAN TAKING CARE OF MY PET!! This is the single most loathsome animal clinic in the world. The staff look like morons wright out of a Rob Zombie movie, and the so called Doctor...wow, a real horroro show. The wait was like two hours, and there was only one dog before me. The staff including the Doctor were more worried on ordering their food than attending their patients. When i finally got in, the Doctor couldn't figure out what was wrong with my pet, unfortunatley misdiagonsing him. M... read more
