Having an attached garage, laundry hookups, and outdoor space for summer activities,was nice. As well as your own entrance door, if you use the front door. I lived there for 16 yrs .. nvr no problems. Rent paid on time each month kept the front yard groomed with flowers as well as maintained the evergreen bushes . Heck.. I even wash the outside trash can out once a month. Until management did some grimmy and illegal ssh to force me out. I'm not the only they done that. As much as I want to air it all out. I won't.
