We prefer to support independently owned local businesses, so when our furnace stopped working properly this winter, we called Elmer's Sheet Metal. Nick came out the same day and was very friendly, upfront, and knowledgeable and provided us with a detailed estimate to replace our furnace and air conditioner. Nicholas was a rip-off. He spent most of his time on his phone. Then, he charged an outrageous price to replace a thermostat for my mom. His conversion was about other companies that rip off customers. Dude, you're one of the people who rip off elderly people.
