Elmere house Bnb perfect place and stay for Maine in early fall. The proprietors Mike and Bill can't do enough to make you feel like visiting family and they are your favorite cousins. Bill mostly handles the DEE Lish breakfasts (highlight of waking up) and Michael serves and provides the lighthearted conversation. The building is rustic and brightly painted w a front yard w lawn furniture and a gas firepit. The hosts, Michael and Bill, haven’t seen us in six years since they first opened the inn but made us feel so welcome in their “home.” The room, the shared spaces, and the grounds are impeccable. Bill’s eggs benedict were perfection as well as the blueberry pancakes we were served for our two night stay. Our room was extremely well appointed with everything we could ask for. Wonderful folks running the B&B, great location, great room and wonderful breakfast. We would definitiely stay there when in town again!
