8th floor has a pretty sweet view of 5th Ave and empire state. Ll1 &2 are just plain depressing.
Obtain the guest password to access the internet on the lower level before going anywhere else:-)
Lower Levels are where it's at. They have private study rooms so you can lock yourself in to write essays the night before their due.

so although i no longer have access, this has been my favorite place to be productive. i hope to get into an NYU phd program so I can live in this place again.
