THE most unprofessional experience I have ever had. Failed to save my phone number, so instead of finding other ways to reach out about a price quote, he just never made my wedding band. Never apologized. Yelled on the phone and then hung up. I have done business with him before (and so has my family) so we are beyond disappointment with his lack of professionalism and business etiquette, especially for repeat customers. I will never use Elmer Holder again— And would not recommend anyone else using him for any jewelry needs.
