I am from BC and was here for Christmas. My back window randomly smashed out and E&H went above and beyond to help squeeze me in and get a window here! Awesome service would 1,000% recommend!!!!
My experience was very pleasant, quick. The gentleman that help me was extremely helpful and pleasant.
I spent about 2 weeks calling around town trying, and failing, to book an appointment to get my front windshield replaced. Elmer & Harold’s was recommended via word of mouth. I had an absolutely fantastic experience from the moment I called until after my windshield was replaced! Not only were they able to do the work a day after I called, they were friendly, quick, and the lowest price in town! I will honestly be recommending to anyone who needs work on their vehicles. Thank you so much!

Unfortunately, my experience with a staff member named Kevin did not reflect the positive reviews I had read in the google reviews. His tone of voice and mannerisms came across as impolite. My questions, which I believe were reasonable, seemed to be dismissed as unimportant. I understand that everyone can have a bad day, but this initial interaction left a negative impression on me.
