I took my truck which had hail damage to Elmer's in may. They kept pushing me off when I would call. Saying my job is too big to get in at that time. They told me after the first of the year I would get put on the schedule. No one has called and I've given up and am now using a different auto shop that had no problem getting my truck in. Elmers had no communication skills, weren't friendly, and obvious if you have a big job they aren't interested in helping you.

I was turned off by the receptionist's aggressive nature. Could not just give us an estimate - had to have the insurance information before even considering giving us an estimate.

I just heard of someone else's experience and it reminded me that I never posted my review for March 2024. If Google would allow me to leave zero stars I would. Word of caution. My insurance agent suggested I try these folks to repair my 2013 Accord from a pretty minor left front fender bender. He explained to me that he doesn’t have any business relationship with them other than he had used them once personally and said they did a good job. They did not for me. By far the best!! Great communication with drop off and pick up and what needed to be done. Would recommend to anyone. Great people and great work ethic! Don’t go anywhere else!
