The office staff is inefficient and rude. The waiting room was overcrowded and we had to wait over an hour to see the doctor. Most important, there was an emergency with his infection and the doctor was out of town and had no coverage. We were forced to find a new doctor. 10!days later, the doctor still has not called to follow up. Behavior is disgraceful.
Yes, at one point, Dr. Zlatanic's staff needed correction; That problem was remedied a long time ago. The staff is efficient and professional. Dr. Zlatanic has been my PCP for well over ten years. I am a senior and have known many physicians. Unequivocally, I can state that I have never found a more thorough, caring and empathetic physician. She deserves 5+ stars.
