Hello, I’m writing to express my concern about the experience I had at the after-hours clinic today while trying to get medical attention for my two young children, both of whom were sick with fever and diarrhea. Before arriving, I called the clinic to ask about the process and rules for getting a number. I was told that the numbers would be put out at 4:45 PM before the clinic opened at 5:00 PM. Awesome service getting my tires switched. Friendly staff as always.
Clinic no longer allows patients to email to book their appointments. They also do not have voicemail for patients to request appointments. The office only answers calls between 9-12 and 1-5pm. The phone rings and rings and no answer. Unfortunately my work day makes it near impossible to get in touch with anyone since they have changed their method of communication. I don’t have time to call endlessly to get in touch with the office. Frustrating. :(
Dr. Perera is the best doctor I have ever dealt with and I work in healthcare. She is kind, patient and genuinely cares about her patients. My family and I are extremely grateful that we have access to a family doctor but feel like we hit the jackpot with a doctor like Dr. Perera. I can't say enough good things about her.
