Clinic no longer allows patients to email to book their appointments. They also do not have voicemail for patients to request appointments. The office only answers calls between 9-12 and 1-5pm. The phone rings and rings and no answer. Unfortunately my work day makes it near impossible to get in touch with anyone since they have changed their method of communication. I don’t have time to call endlessly to get in touch with the office. Frustrating. :(
Dr. Perera is the best doctor I have ever dealt with and I work in healthcare. She is kind, patient and genuinely cares about her patients. My family and I are extremely grateful that we have access to a family doctor but feel like we hit the jackpot with a doctor like Dr. Perera. I can't say enough good things about her.
Don't accept online appointment scheduling anymore. Doctors will not allow you to be on a cancelation call list. They make you call in everyday to see if a cancelation is available after having to listen to their 5 min long answering machine.. Nothing like throwing your health care power around. Lol treat the people like crap that pay your wages... at lest add a cancelation list. Make that receptionist work for that pay check
Although I really enjoy my doctor at this facility, I feel the rest of the staff needs improvement. The customer service is poor, and they rarely answer the phone — and when they do, they are not polite. I had an issue with phone service, and as I was trying to resolve it, the secretary repeatedly hung up on me without giving me a chance to speak. This happened multiple times. Update April 30/2025 I went into the office after picking up a vaccine I had to get from pharmacy and Dr Perera said just come in the nurse will give it”takes two seconds” the receptionist not Cassandra the other one refused to let me see the nurse said I need an appointment they are very busy. It was me and a woman sitting in the waiting room at this time 😂😂😂 she wasn’t polite but I kept my cool and know made an appointment to drive all the way back in from Aylmer for a 2 min shot ???
