Our podiatry group had the pleasure of working with Cindy Johnson today at Sodalis on Crestway. Cindy was very professional, highly organized and, above all, friendly and respectful to the residents and to our staff. We visit numerous facilities, and Sodalis is easily one the best. It will be a pleasure to return at our next visit. Thank you, Cindy!
I toured San Antonio. The personnel were very nice. I can't think of anything that I dislike. The community was very clean, organized, and welcoming. Everybody seemed happy and pleasant, and it's like they had a lot going on for the residents.
Great Community. Residents are priority.
Don't put your loved one in this facility. It's gone downhill since last fall. Smaller portions of food and quality is worse. Too, they are trying to charge higher service levels for not only unneeded services but services they won't even provide. Elder abuse.
Staff is amazing ! Very good communication, My mom seems very happy since her new move in , thank you for taking care of her and keeping her active !
