Worst place in history to work at let alone put you family in that horrible place
Beautiful community with caring staff. They are reasonably priced and all inclusive which makes a big difference!
Elmcroft is amazing. The facility is clean and inviting, the activities are designed to keep both the residents and family members engaged and their loving, hard working and professional staff make this place a winner in my book. My mother was at Elmcroft until she recently passed away and I can’t say enough good things about the entire staff at Elmcroft. The facility is really great but getting into and out of that place is probably the biggest hassle anyone could face. Elmcroft contacted me about my grandmother needing further care than they provide. Understandable. But they rushed the process so much that it has put a significant strain on both the family and my grandmother - that could possibly result in my grandmother being put onto the streets simply due to paperwork.
