I can not thank you and your excellent team enough for letting our father become one of your residents in your assisted living!! It has made our job of caring for our father in the proper way at this time in his life much less stressed filled than we have had in our previous facility. This place is a joke. Most of, not all, the aid are only there for a check & don't give a rats ass about the residents. They are left to sit on the toilet or in soiled clothes for long periods of time. Talking to management does nothing. I'd give it less than one star if I could. Don't put your loved one here. Not worth it, especially for what you have to pay.
Lorain Estates Senior Living is a great place! I visited recently to perform a magic show for the residents & their family. The building was amazing with a great cafeteria to perform in plus the food looked amazing, the staff was very helpful in caring for the residents, Kristin Amoré with activities was super awesome and easy to work with, and last but not least the residents and their family members was absolutely amazing just a genuine kind & exciting group of people we had a great time and I appreciate all the kind words... read more
