I was so very impressed with my tour of Downriver Estates. All the staff like each other and playful banter fills the halls creating a positive atmosphere! The Executive Director Jake, is very hands on. He impressed me as the type of leader who empowers his employees. It shows in the low turn over rate in staff. One woman has been there 18 years! Very nice inside!
My Dad has lived here since October, 2024. The staff and caretakers are so nice and helpful! My Dad says " they never have a bad day" ! I'm so thankful we found Downriver Estates , he is happy here and that gives me peace of mind! He says the food is great, too!
Wonderful place to live for seniors.wonderful place to work it’s like we are all one big family. We are all here to do one thing and that is to care for your loved ones the best way possible. Your family is our family.
I see some poor reviews from years ago. My mother has been a resident for 6 months and she loves it. She/we have not had 1 single complaint. All of the aides are very nice to us and her. The ladies in physical therapy are great, very nice and patient with her. She enjoys the food and the nightly games they play after dinner. I would recommend the facility to anyone looking into a assisted living facility.
