I was able to take a tour of the Windermere Estates and I was so impressed at how warm and welcoming the facility is. From the front desk welcome I received to evaluating the updated rooms I was impressed. The Executive Director, Raquel was warm and welcoming and it felt like being somewhere people really care. Very impressed.

As the years go by this place has had its ups and downs. Lately more downs than ups. You may see the reviews praising Raquel Medina the new Executive Director but that’s only because she tells everyone to leave a good review for her and the community. This is an assistant living facility but Raquel Medina will allow residents that needs more attentive care to live here for their money. Staff are only trained to assist residents non are skilled and some have no experience at all. There has been changes and a lot of employees ... read more
