Roy is kind and has taken time to explain how the senior living system works. He is patient and compassionate.
I love this place but sadly someone used my identity to put a bad review. I feel at peace that my mother has the best care. It is a very clean and friendly atmosphere.
They allow other people to film my mom in her room against my Fathers will. He has power of attorny over his wife yet they allow my sister Mellisa Zdroik to put a camera in her room. They will not remove it despite it not being in the room lawfully. Stay away from this place unless you want your parent on a webcam.
Roy is amazing and has helped me with everything to get my dad into the facility. He is wonderful! It is clean and no smells and is beautiful and welcoming as you enter. Lots of activities and very pleased overall .
I was looking for a place for my mom to go for a few days respite-keeping in mind if she wanted to stay & liked it-I'd have a future solution for her when things got worse with her dementia. I called alot of places that would not take my mom because I told them (when they asked) that once in awhile she has some aggression with her dementia.
