Dad Treated like Dad should be treated... – Dad went to a nursing home rehab after breaking a hip and complained the whole time about the food and lost 6 pounds while away from the assisted living. He kept saying that he wanted to go back to the assisted living to eat again! Thank-you Lillian for making my dad happy. We are so happy that he is back at Hearthstone. Great home-like assisted living in Houston – I looked at 7 assisted living communities before placing my dad here. We are happy with everyone! He was to the emergency room from an infection the 2nd week. We would not have found that if he was at home. The nurses and directors call us often and give us updates on his progress. The others places are newer. He did not like all the fancy stuff. I am glad he is here and getting the care that he needs. He is happy, so I am happy.
