Great caregivers.
The facility is clean and attractive, but most important I've found the staff at Carver Heights to be friendly, concerned and professional. The home health PT working with my family member volunteered to me that her caregivers have a great rapport with her and are caring in a way that the PT doesn't see often at other facilities.
I am a previous ombudsman and current care navigator for Jet Health. I have been in to many communities in my time; and can say that Carver Heights is an excellent community. It is absolutely gorgeous inside and out, and always clean when I visit. The courtyard is an added bonus. Executive director Sam is friendly and experienced, and Stacy in Activites is a doll.
